Our Mission

Founded in 1978, Caswell Construction is a high-quality, full-service asphalt paving and concrete contractor that delivers paving solutions and prompt service. We are producers of both asphalt and concrete. Our concrete construction crews are skilled in many concrete applications such as machine-run and hand-formed curb and gutter, concrete paving, footings and foundations, sidewalks, and drainage structures.

Our concrete plant utilizes the latest technology in computer batching to ensure the most consistent and highest quality loads possible. Our asphalt plant utilizes a computer blending program to ensure our mix is uniform and meets ODOT specifications. Our team of professionals are highly qualified and have years of experience. We use the latest techniques and modern equipment to ensure the highest quality of work when strength and appearance is essential.
